I guess I am the culprit. If I had a clue 4.1 was in freeze I would not have
done it. (stating the obvious)
It was also not clear to me how to annotate the ChangeLog so I assumed the
Author entry in the PR comment would be sufficient. (sigh)
I apologize for any trouble I may have caused.
