C++ PATCH to groktypename for c++/28558

As I mentioned in the notes for the PR, I think that applying attributes 
to a class type after it's defined doesn't make any sense.  So let's 
just warn and ignore them.

Tested x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, applied to trunk.
