No, just use GeoffK's btest-gcc.sh, it'll do all the necessary
(and some unnecessary) stuff except env-setting PATH and (if you
get that far, you've succeeded anyway) RUNTESTFLAGS.

Assuming you've checked out nothing but newlib, nothing should
be necessary except --prefix and --target.  I *think* you don't
need --with-newlib (no reason for it: cris-elf is a newlib
target), but that might have changed.  But please, just use
btest-gcc.sh.
