[graphite] Testsuite for the tree-checker

Hi,

beware, there's a typo in this patch:
- the flag is called -ftree-checks-verbose (with an 's')
- the flag is documented as -ftree-check-verbose (without the 's)
- the corresponing global variable doesn't take the 's' either.
