[PATCH, committed] list all files in libffi's EXTRA_DIST variables

A few files are missing. This is not important within the gcc tree, but
it is for projects that include libffi autonomously.
I took the occasion to remove an RCS keyword from src/frv/eabi.S.

* Makefile.am (EXTRA_DIST): Bring up to date.
* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
