[patch ping] change linux-gnu* -> linux* in libtool files

ok to commit to sourceware repo ?

upstream libtool changed libtool.m4 a while back to look for 'linux*)' instead 
of 'linux-gnu*)' ... ive also tweaked the ltconfig accordingly
