[patch] fisttp and sse3

So, after all of the arguments everyone seems to agree. Here's the patch 
again. A bit more removal as Andrew noted and I've added a testcase.

Bootstrapped and tested on x86_64-darwin. No regressions.

OK? This could be considered a fix for a regression in nocona behavior...
