This particular change has already been committed -- it was accidentally 
included when Steve Kargl was committing one of my gfortran.texi changes 
a few days ago.  I don't know if you want to leave mention of it in the 
changelog or not, since there actually wasn't any change to 
gfortran.texi in the diff.

Also, for what it's worth, I looked over the MOVE_ALLOC documentation in 
intrinsic.texi, and it looks good to me.
