Most of the people experimenting with this feature are using my patch
against GCC 4.1.1 instead. Unless there are new features on the trunk
that would interact with variaidic templates, I don't see a point in
creating a branch just for them.

If the C++ committee accepts variadic templates, I'll dig the patch
out of the mailing list archives and resubmit.
