[PATCH, Fortran] Refer consistently to "GNU Fortran" in the manual

:ADDPATCH fortran:

I recently posted the suggestion that the GFortran manual should 
consistently use "GNU Fortran" (and not "gfortran, etc.) to refer to the 
compiler, and only use "@command{gfortran}" to refer to the command used 
to invoke it.  Steve Kargl and FX Coudert posted agreement with this 
suggestion.

The attached patch implements the relevant changes.
