[patch] ppc64 native target for gcc

Brad,
I don't know why libjava, boehm-gc, etc aren't built
but the build won't complete even if it tried. Likely
the broken libffi at 64-bit would foul up the use of
the gcj utilities to create the java classes. Again
it isn't going to work until libffi is 64-bit
compatibile for PPC and x86_64 Darwin so I won't
even worry about it.
