[patch] ppc64 native target for gcc

My test results for 4.2.0 are *much* better:

Jack's e-mail seems to be caught temporarily in my spam filter, but,  
yes, gmp and mpfr passed their tests, but I did not run make install  
before I ran make check on 4.2.0.

I don't understand why several things that are built with a 32-bit  
compiler (libjava, boehm-gc, ...) are not built with the 64-bit  
compiler.
