Blackfin builtin testcases

Here's a first batch of Blackfin test cases: some to verify correctness, 
and one to ensure combine optimizes away certain unnecessary 
instructions.  These were tested against our Visual DSP compiler (the 
GCC builtins were designed to match it).

More as I write them...
