Patch to change the default on sparc-*-solaris7+

I'm seeing additional libgomp failures in 32-bit mode on Solaris 10 but, given 
that they are already present in 64-bit mode, that's somehow not unexpected.

Thanks.  A bit authoritative though, since you want to let users override the 
default.  I've installed the attached revised version.
