This is OK for mainline, though the ChangeLog entry should ideally say
"PR target/27542".

The formatting of our #pragma documentation appears a little inconsistent,
with some sections using tables, and others using enumerate; and some
placing things in the index and others not.  Your patch is fine and keeps
to the style of the rest of the "structure packing" section, but if
anyone is motivated, this might a good area of our documentation to
clean-up to a consistent style.
