[lto] PATCH: CALL_EXPR changes to gcc/tree-ssa-pre.c

Already committed as "obvious".

This file still needs a bunch of non-"obvious" hacking, since it is trying to 
cons up copies of CALL_EXPRs in locally-managed storage and has a lot of 
wired-in knowledge about their low-level representation.  I'm punting on this 
for now and will revisit this file again later when the conversion is farther along.
