As you know, my name is on this only because I was handed a big pile
of tests to clean up for submission to the FSF tree.

My memory is that most of those came directly from Motorola, but
some had been developed internally to Wind River.  If Aldy doesn't
recognize gcc-bug-4.c, I suspect it is one of the latter, hence
asking you if you know anything about it.  Note that I renamed some
of the tests in the cleanup process.
