[Patch, fortran] PR29941 - gfortran reports error with len of assumed size character array

:ADDPATCH fortran:

This one is of itself obvious - LEN was missing from the list of 
intrinsics for which there was no check of assumed size actual 
arguments.  I did a little tidy up with the #define GENERIC_ID 
expr->value.function.isym->generic_id, just to make that passage more 
readable.

Regtests on Cygwin_NT/amd64 - OK for trunk and 4.2?
