[doc] not a list of supported targets

We've heard through a third party that someone was using the install
notes as the official list of supported targets, which it obviously
isn't (at worst, it's incentive to make your target buggy so it
requires listing here).  This assumption could penalize "perfect"
ports by making them seem unsupported.  This tries to clarify that.
Ok?

I'm not sure if we *have* an official list of supported hosts/targets.
The closest I could find was this: http://gcc.gnu.org/backends.html
