[bfin] Change the constraint letter for BREGS from 'B' to 'h'

As Bernd pointed out on a mailing list on blackfin.uclinux.org, we
should reserve 'h' for furture use for Blackfin. So I update this
patch to use 'v' for B registers.

Is it OK?
