Yes, this isn't going to work for 32 bits.  We don't have named sections
and the standard dwarf sections for debugging and exceptions.  So, some
work is needed in this area.

There are two patch related failures for PA64 that need to be looked
at.  I haven't had time yet to look at the other fails.
