[PATCH, i386]: Fix PR target/23816

Hello!

Some insn patterns are currently missing from sse.md.

2005-09-12  Uros Bizjak  <uros@kss-loka.si>

	PR target/23816
	* config/i386/sse.md (*ieee_sminv4sf3, *ieee_smaxv4sf3)
	(*ieee_sminv2df3, *ieee_smaxv2df3): New insn patterns.


testsuite/ChangeLog:

 	* gcc.target/i386/pr23816-1.c: New test.
	* gcc.target/i386/pr23816-2.c: New test.


Patch was regtested on i686-pc-linux-gnu for c and c++.
