[PATCH]: wwwdocs patches for svn move

The only thing i haven't finished is the rewrite of cvswrite.html and
cvs.html, thus the new svn.html and svnwrite.html are just copies.

I plan on significantly trimming down cvswrite.html and pointing to the
wiki for the hints and whatnot it current gives, unless someone has a
significant problem with that.

I'd really rather not duplicate the information that has accumulated on
the wiki, and we don't distribute this stuff anyway.

Anyway, besides that, i've s/CVS/SVN/g and tried to at least skim the
results so they still make sense.

I removed the stuff about cvsup, since it is no longer applicable.
