[wwwdocs] contribute.html legal prerequisites

	I was alerted to additional areas that require clarification.
This revised set of changes lists the most common forms the contributor
should expect to discuss with the maintainer helping with the assignment
process.  The disclaimer clarification is the same as the earlier patch.
