[testsuite][PATCH] IPCP and versioning tests

Hello,

Following interprocedural constant propagation and versioning patch, I 
have added 
ipa directory and 5 trivial tests, to show IPCP and versioning results. 
More tests are to follow.
If there are no commnets, I'll commit in 48 hours.
