importing a fairly large testsuite

I think putting it up somewhere, and posting a pointer to it would  
allow people to read through it to get a better feel for what does  
and does not contain.

The testsuite is 82+ MB, so it doesn't seem `too big', if it has  
enough benefit.  The bigger question is do people want to exclude it  
because it is more than a regression suite?  Normally, I kinda shy  
away from non-regression suites in the testsuite, but, for libgcc, it  
is critical enough that it might be nice to have it in.

We, at apple, live and die by libgcc_s.dylib, so to the extent it can  
`protect' us, I suspect we are in favor of it.
