[PATCH] Eliminate gcc_AC_C_LONG_LONG

gcc_AC_C_LONG_LONG is yet another old macro that could have been 
eliminated after the upgrade to autoconf 2.5x.

Bootstrapped and regtested on i686-pc-gnu-linux and built a 
i686-pc-gnu-linux -> powerpc-unknown-elf newlib build.

OK to install?
