I've looked through the patch, and it all looks good to me.  The change 
to not use PACKAGE in gcc/intl.c(replacing it with a hard-coded "gcc") 
is just a simplification, right, not a key part of this patch?  That's 
OK, I'm just making sure I understand.

It's hard to be sure if the gccadmin scripts will work just right until 
we deploy them, but they look OK.  Let me know when you've checked in 
the patch, and I'll update the gccadmin checkouts.  (If you know exactly 
what needs updating that would help; otherwise, I'll poke around and 
figure it out.)
