PATCH: testsuite/26_numerics/c99_classification_macros_c.cc

This test has been xfailed for all Linux systems, but I can't see how the test is
failing these days.  Okay to commit the following patch to mainline (with suitably
obvious ChangeLog entry)?

If this is not the correct patch, can anyone explain the rationale?
