[gcjx] Patch: FYI: update tree.def comment

I'm checking this in on the gcjx branch.
The comment about CHAR_TYPE no longer applies on the gcjx branch; gcjx
doesn't use CHAR_TYPE. Maybe CHAR_TYPE can be completely removed on
the branch? (I don't plan to do it any time soon.)
