as suggested by prefixing all hash functions with objc_, adding 
deprecated static inline versions of the old functions to produce 
deprecation warnings and non-static-inline versions in a new file 
hash_compat.c for binary compatibility.

Bootstrapped and tested on i686-pc-linux-gnu with make check-objc as 
this change is limited to libobjc.
