fixincludes for darwin7.9.0 long double

This fixincludes patch should fix the problem with long double  
functions on Darwin 7.9.0 / Mac OS 10.3.9.

I have tested it by building a cross-compiler from powerpc- 
darwin8.1.0 to powerpc-darwin7.9.0, and running the C++ testsuite  
(still in progress).  It would be nice if someone who actually had a  
10.3.9 system could test it and let me know how it goes.

(I'm including the changes to fixincl.x because it's a little tricky  
to build guile on darwin.)
