[patch] obvious testcases fix - forgot to call cleanup-tree-dump

Forgot to call cleanup-tree-dump in the newly added vect-reduc*.c
testcases. Also fixed date mixup in the Changelogs. Committed as obvious,

        * gcc.dg/vect/vect-reduc-1.c: Add cleanup-tree-dump.
        * gcc.dg/vect/vect-reduc-2.c: Likewise.
        * gcc.dg/vect/vect-reduc-3.c: Likewise.
