[PATCH] Use void_type_node, not NULL_TREE for type in COND_EXPR

Ok, did some searching and ended up with the following no longer
obvious(?).  Once java bootstrap is working again - fails with

gcc/libjava/gnu/awt/LightweightRedirector.java:43: internal compiler
error: internal error in check-init: tree code not implemented:
identifier_node

I may be able to bootstrap and regtest this change.

Ok if it does so successfully?
