[Testcase] New testcase for the more aliasing

Daniel Berlin noticed that we optimize static variable access across a 
function
call we know that does not touch that variable.  This is even without
-ftree-promote-statics.  This testcase is for the new aliasing info we 
get now.

OK? Tested on powerpc-darwin.
