Hmm, I would prefer to avoid duplicates.  Can you please remove those
that already have a "regular" entry from this list and adjust their
existing entries accordingly.  Then you just could rephrase the first
sentence as "In addition to those mentioned above, also the following...".

Unless Jeff is in favor of having a complete list of Ada contributors,
even if it has duplicate entries, that is.
