Fix alias problems in PR19633

I've committed the attached patch.  It includes a small tweak to the 
alias analyzer to avoid setting PT_ANYTHING on pointers that are 
assigned the NULL value.

Bootstrapped and tested x86, x86-64, ppc and ia64.
