That's possible, but no one has been testing Ada on powerpc
for five monthes (PR 22533) so it's hard to say. 

There were discussions on what needed to be done on the gcc/ada side
to enable Ada bootstrap when an Ada compiler is detected on the host,
but what happens in practice is that we are trading mostly Makefile
related features against a simply working Ada front-end for a large
majority of our users (x86 and x86_64 native).
