Some patches for ARM-GCC

Hi all!

Patch preview in atach.

Completed:
1. Modify "Interrupt" & "ISR" attributes from function declaration to function types.

In progress:
2. Add "interwork", "arm_code", "thumb_code" functions types.
3. Expand to code SWI and ABT interrupts, if dirrect call found.
