[PATCH] fix some dependencies on s-gtype v2.0

I am trying to reproduce the bug with "make -j8 bootstrap" on a 4 way
machine, but it is working.  Could you please send me the configure
options that you used and the error message?

Also, if you could add the following debug target to gcc/Makefile and
send me the output it would be wonderful.
