(vax_output_mi_thunk): Ditto.
(vax_notice_cc_update): Ditto.
(INDEX_REGISTER_P): Add trailing \.
(BASE_REGISTER_P): Add trailing \.
(legitimate_address_p): Whitespace cleanup. Remove trailing \.
