Ok, here is the next installment, gotta keep you guys busy...

This was meant to be just objc bits, but there were some leftovers.

This builds upon objcp-3.diffs.txt.

I've tested an --enable-languages=all rebuild and a bootstrap regtest  
on powerpc-apple-darwin8 with gcc, g++, libffi, libjava, libstdc++  
and objc, plus, a build of the obj-c++ frontend!

Ok?  [ needs C/C++ review ]
