[PATCH] Darwin : Add ASM_OUTPUT_MAX_SKIP_ALIGN

This patch defines ASM_OUTPUT_MAX_SKIP_ALIGN in rs6000/darwin.h
It has been part of shipping Apple GCC for a while.


     * config/rs6000/darwin.h (ASM_OUTPUT_MAX_SKIP_ALIGN): Add.

Bootstrapped and tested on powerpc-darwin.
OK for mainline ?
