Yes, some queries get an immediate response.  Others do not excite as
much interest, or whoever is best suited to comment is away from their
email.  In this case, for instance, I would say that the person best
suited to answer your question is Joseph Myers, but your original
query went out at 11:15 PM in the time zone of the British Isles, and
it is now 3:18 AM there; it is reasonable to assume he has not seen
any of this.

Patience and courtesy get one a lot farther than nagging and shouting.
