Given that no-one has stressed strong opinions against this patch,
this is OK for mainline.  I think that your analysis is correct and
that the operands of TRUTH_*_EXPR should be restricted to Boolean
type.  If you could also prepare a documentation patch to clarify
this in c-tree.texi, that would be much appreciated.
