Andrew,

	Why don't you submit your patch that is dependent upon Zdenek's
patch now, before the Stage 3 deadline, and note that it is dependent upon
Zdenek's patch?  I don't understand why *submitting* your patch is
dependent upon the approval of Zdenek's patch.  Mark has said that
projects marked for postponement will be included if submitted before
September 5th and, by extension, other patches will be handled the same
way.
