[patch] tree-phinodes.c: Remove trailing whitespace.

Hi,

Attached is a patch to remove trailing whitespace as I am planning to
do some speedup/cleanup in this area.

Some empty lines contain more than 80 spaces.  They are very annoying.

Committed as obvious.
