[testsuite] new test case for ICE on sh target

Hi,
 	I would like to add following test case in dejagnu testsuite.
 
 	Following program was giving ICE with
	"sh-elf-gcc m2e -g sh-ice.c" and "sh-coff-gcc m2e -g sh-ice.c" command line, when function is called from ISR.
 
 	SH toolchain was built by using gcc 3.3.
