Here is the fragment that removes XMALLOC_REG_SET and XFREE_REG_SET.
You'll notice it does not include any of the ra*.c files -- they
use bitmaps directly, even though they are mucking about with sets
of registers :)

booted & tested on i686-pc-linux-gnu, ok?
