testsuite/ChangeLog:
	* lib/g++.exp: Set LC_ALL and LANG to C.
	* lib/gcc-dg.exp: Likewise.
	* lib/gfortran.exp: Likewise.
	* lib/objc.exp: Likewise.
	* lib/treelang.exp: Likewise.

libjava/ChangeLog:
	* testsuite/lib/libjava.exp: Set LC_ALL and LANG to C.
	
libstdc++/ChangeLog:
	* testsuite/lib/libstdc++.exp: Set LC_ALL and LANG to C.
